Comedian Kevin Hart will be launching a brand new vegan fast food chain this summer in a partnership with Burger King’s former Head of Culinary Innovation, Michael Salem. The all-new Hart House chain will initially launch two venues in LA, with ambitious plans for further expansion to meet an increased demand for more sustainable food choices.

Offering indulgent plant-based alternatives to classic burgers, shakes and fries, everything on the menu promises to be animal product, preservative and high-fructose corn syrup-free. Hart has previously worked on campaigns for Beyond Meat, making Hart House a natural next step in his plant-based journey.
