Good news for those of us who live, work or simply fancy hanging out east-side – purveyors of plant-based awesomeness Treehouse have just opened a brand new restaurant in Quarry Bay!
Located in Lincoln House in Taikoo Place, this marks Treehouse’s second “fast-casual” bricks-and-mortar location – and there’s some new and exclusive items to look out for on the menu too.
In addition to Treehouse’s signature vegetarian and vegan menu of customisable sourdough flatbread wraps, salads and grain bowls (there are over 40 different toppings and sauces to pick from), plus burgers, pizzas, cold-pressed juices and desserts, the Taikoo Place location is also dishing up a delicious new all-day breakfast menu – including items like vegan pastries, chia puddings and breakfast wraps.
They’ve also introduced an upgraded speciality plant-based coffee programme showcasing their own unique, 100 per cent organic Treehouse blend, which combines beans sourced from Latin America and Africa to deliver complex chocolate, floral and berry flavour notes to your brew.
As ever with Treehouse, their entire menu is firmly plant-positive, unprocessed and whole food-based – with zero preservatives, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, trans fats, food colouring or bleached flour.
And for every flatbread-bowl combo they sell, Treehouse donates the cost of planting a tree to Eden Reforestation Projects; since 2019, Treehouse customers have helped plant over 55,000 trees in Madagascar via this scheme… so here’s hoping for a few thousand more soon thanks to Taikoo Place diners!
For extra convenience, you can also order ahead via Treehouse’s website to ensure your food is ready and waiting for you to pick up – ideal for maximising your lunch hour!
Sustainable, healthy, convenient and delicious – what more could we want from our meals?
